Prince Brings “Welcome 2 America” Tour To The Carolinas

Published on March 11th, 2011

Global icon Prince will be making his way down south to the Carolinas with a series of concert dates scheduled for later this month. The multi-instrumentalist will bring the “Welcome To America” to North Carolina cities including Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh and in South Carolina, Greenville, Columbia and North Charleston.

This is amazing news for all Carolinians. I, for one was angry that Prince exclusively performed in the New York area last December, so I feel like my cries were heard. My motto? B. U. S.H— Bitch Until Something Happens.

The concert series was just announced today, but tickets will be going on sale this coming Monday 3/14 and Tuesday 3/15 at Ticketmaster.com. Prices range between $20-$199 depending on seat location and venue of course. Check out the official schedule below and don’t forget to order your ass-less chaps now!

When is the tour coming to LA? I last saw Prince during The Purple Rain Tour and you know how long ago that was. I was a baby! He! He!
